Now Starry, which
group has more caps? Right, the group with 5 caps in it.
So we say 5 is the
bigger of the 2 numbers and 3 is the smaller of the 2 numbers.

In one group we have

In the other we have

Since the group with 7
balloons has more balloons it is the bigger number and 2 is smaller number.
